Harald Irka is the youngest three-toque chef in the world. The 32-year-old Austrian is often described as the Mozart of the kitchen, a mad genius in the kitchen. His dishes demonstrate an extraordinary sensitivity and an almost somnambulistic confidence in combining daring flavours. Paired with the guest winemakers from the Alphart and Riedmüller wineries, this evening will be a culinary highlight for our guests and our team.
